Seller Pitch
£10
Flat fee of £10 per pitch, regardless of vehicle size — car, van, or trailer. Pre-book online or simply pay on the day at the gate.
Pre-booking is available and recommended for popular events. You can also pay on arrival — cash preferred, card accepted at most venues.
How to Book
Pre-book or pay on the day
You can pre-book your pitch online via Emailing us or Dropping us a message on Social Media to guarantee your spot, or simply turn up on the day and pay at the gate. Seller gates open from 9am at most events.
Pay your £10 pitch fee
Just £10 per pitch — the same flat fee regardless of whether you're in a car, van, or trailer. Cash is preferred, but card payments are accepted at most venues.
Set up your pitch
Once you've paid, you'll be directed to an available pitch. You'll have plenty of time to set up before buyers arrive at 10am.
Sell and enjoy
Buyers start arriving from 10am. Most events run until 1pm — you're welcome to pack up and leave earlier if you wish.
Seller Rules & Guidelines
To keep our events running smoothly and enjoyably for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
- Be respectful, be kind to Buyers, Sellers & Staff - being nice costs nothing
- No selling of counterfeit goods, weapons, or illegal items.
- Please keep your pitch tidy and take all unsold items and rubbish home with you.
- Vehicles must remain within your allocated pitch area at all times.
- Dogs are welcome on leads but must be kept under control at all times.
- Early Bird Events reserves the right to refuse entry or ask sellers to leave if rules are not followed.
Seller FAQs
Do I need to book in advance?
No — you can pre-book online to guarantee your spot, or just turn up on the day. Seller gates open from 6am and pitches are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-ins.
What can I sell?
Almost anything! Clothes, toys, books, furniture, tools, electronics, collectables — as long as it's legal and not counterfeit. Commercial traders should contact us in advance.
What should I bring?
A table or two, a float for change, bags for buyers, and something to keep you warm on early mornings. A gazebo is useful in changeable weather.
What if the event is cancelled due to weather?
We only cancel in extreme weather conditions. We'll post updates on our social media pages and website as early as possible. Pitch fees are refunded if we cancel.
Can I bring a van or trailer?
Absolutely — the pitch fee is £10 regardless of vehicle size. Cars, vans, and trailers are all welcome at the same flat rate.
